Led the complete redesign of Fact Software’s group websites to modernise their brand presence, unify user experience across products, and increase lead generation from their global SME audience.

Fact Software’s websites were outdated, with inconsistent branding and complex navigation structures that confused potential clients. This led to high bounce rates (over 65%) and low conversion rates, with enquiry form submissions averaging under 1% of total visits.
The Solution
Developed a cohesive design system, simplified site architecture, and improved content presentation across all group websites to enhance usability and build trust with business owners exploring their ERP solutions.

Conducted stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and user research with SME decision-makers to identify key pain points in finding product information and contacting sales.
